A Healthy Natural Diet is critical.

Natural diets as opposed to processed food diets provide us with the micro and macronutrients we need. Our bodies change quite normally, notably around the waist and hips after 40 and menopause (and andropause). We have more cravings, feel tired, and gain weight. before a meal to hydrate and improve the feeling of fullness. 6 glasses of water a day is recommended. Prioritize water rich in minerals like magnesium as it will help you manage your weight. And again, prioritize a healthy Natural Diet!

3-And finally… Physical Activity:

helps you relax, boost metabolism, and prevent osteoporosis. If you haven’t exercised in years, don’t force it. A brisk walk for at least 30 minutes a day, and light weights are recommended.
